She was very good. Told me she’d follow up on a concern I had about when I purchased the car and had to buy the Onyx package. They knew we were moving in less than a year yet I still had to pay for all the services that I will not be able to use. So I was told she would look into possibly getting a refund of some of it? I had never heard back either way.

After weeks of dealing with an incredibly stressful repair situation, Dru at Land Rover truly went above and beyond. From the beginning, she was professional, responsive, compassionate, and honest throughout the entire process. When I felt overwhelmed and frustrated navigating the aftermath of a failed repair elsewhere, Dru consistently kept me informed, advocated for my concerns, and treated me with genuine care and respect. What stood out most was her communication and follow-through. She never made me feel dismissed, and she handled a complicated situation with patience and professionalism from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone in service who combines knowledge, efficiency, and empathy the way she does. While the situation itself was far from ideal, Dru made a difficult experience significantly easier to navigate. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with her.
