Dru was very friendly. My challenge was in two areas. First, the list of "recommended" things that were needed on my vehicle. I would like to have a service advisor that would recommend things that are actually needed after inspecting my car, not just based on milage. Example was windshield wipers. Are they needed or not? Second was that I was asked twice if I wanted my car washed. I said yes. Then when I went to inspect it after service I was saw that it wasn't washed. I was told it couldn't be washed due to a windshield replacement. I suggested that it should have been washed before the windshield replacement was done and then replace the windshield. Nothing was said about bringing it back for a wash or detail or anything. Finally, I was sent a link to pay with a credit card. Nothing on the receipt highlighted a 3% charge for using a card. I went to the desk to ask if I could pay by check and was allowed to. My bill was over $3,500 dollars so this saves over $100. A good advisor would give me this option. I don't think this is as much about Dru as her training from Onyx. I have my Land Rover and a BMW X5M. I am happy to discuss my disappointment. Randy. 402-314-8517
